Mobile Banking

Bank through your smart phone. With Mobile Banking you can see account balances, make deposits, transfers, pay bills, and locate Branch/ATM locations.

  • Download the Cincinnati Federal app from either the Apple App or Google Play store
  • Click “Enroll Now” and follow the easy instructions from here
    • Choose type of account you have
    • Account number – Full 10-digit account number without dashes
    • Social Security Number – without dashes
  • Click Next
    • Security Question
    • Email
  • Click Enroll
  • Accept Terms and Conditions
  • Choose Username and Password (Password must meet requirements)
  • Choose which security questions would be best for you

Add Debit Card to Mobile App

  • Under quick links, tap “My cards”
  • Tap “Add card”
  • Follow the prompts to finish adding your card

Setting up Card Controls and Alerts

  • Under quick links, tap “Manage Alerts”
  • First, Allow Push notifications and/or Live App Updates then you can set up the specific alerts
  • Go back to the Accounts screen
  • Under quick links, tap “My cards”
  • You will be brought to your card controls dashboard. Tap your card from the list to manage it and view more details
  • Tap “Controls and Alerts”
  • Control whether you want your card to authorize transactions in certain locations, by merchant or transaction types or set spending limits
  • Alert yourself anytime your card is used or only when POS transactions are completed, the choice is yours

Add Travel Plans

  • Under quick links, tap “My cards”
  • In the card controls dashboard, tap “Manage Card”
  • Tap “Manage Travel Plans”
  • Tap “Add Travel Plan” to ensure you can use your card without interruption and worry-free traveling
  • Enter your destination, date of departure and return, a preferred contact number, and tap “Submit”

Mobile Wallet

Purchasing has never been easier. Use your debit card with Apple Pay®, Google Pay™, or Samsung Pay® to quickly and conveniently checkout.

  • Get Ready. You only need your Cincinnati Federal MasterCard® and Mobile Device
  • Open the Cincinnati Federal Mobile App
  • Select the card and tap “Digital Wallet” under the Card Details menu
  • Tap “Add to Wallet” (scan the debit card no in or you can key the number in)
  • Pay
    • Apple – Authorize payment with a glance at your screen, fingerprint, or holding your phone near the reader
    • Google – Tap to Pay. Simply unlock your device and tap the contactless terminal
    • Samsung – Swipe up on your phone screen to activate. Hover your phone above the terminal

Online Banking

Our online banking is a 24-hour bridge to your account. Giving you access to review your accounts, transfer funds, view eStatements, and pay bills online.

  • Go to www.cincinnatifederal.com
  • In the upper right-hand corner of the web page click “Enroll Now” (located under the words “Online Banking”)
  • Follow the easy instructions from here
    • Choose type of account you have
    • Account number – Full 10-digit account number without dashes
    • Social Security Number – without dashes
    • Security Question
    • Email
    • Accept Terms and Conditions
    • Choose which security questions would be best for you

eStatements

eStatements allow you to receive your monthly bank statements through your email. eStatement users will receive an e-mail notice every month, when the statements are available through a secure login to the bank website.

  • You must first be signed up for online banking
  • Go to Online banking and log in using your Username and Password
  • Click on the account you would like to enroll in eStatements
  • Click the green Documents button above Account Information
  • You will be notified that if you proceed you will be changing your current statement delivery type. To proceed, click yes
  • You will be directed to your disclosure agreement. To accept you will have to enter a confirmation code
  • To get your confirmation code click on the PDF document link above the confirmation code box. The confirmation code will be at the top of the sample statement in the PDF. Make sure you click on the PDF that is in the middle of page, not the one on the right
  • Enter the confirmation code into the Confirmation Code box and click “I Agree”

You can allow others to view your statements. This may be helpful for a lawyer, accountant, etc.

  • Click Account you wish to allow access to
  • Click Documents button
  • Click Account Access at the top
  • Click Account Access in the drop down
  • Click Add New Account Access
  • Enter their information and select allow next to the accounts you’d like for them to access
  • Click Add
  • They will receive an email from your email address with the invitation code. They will need to follow the link and click Accept Invitation and the input the invitation code, a username and a password. This invitation is good for 4 days

Bill Pay

Bill Pay allows you to pay bills, review payment history and pending bill payments as well as receive electronic bills through the internet.

  • You must first be signed up for online banking.
  • Go to Online banking and log in using your Username and Password
  • Click the Bill Payment tab at the top of the screen
  • Agree to the Terms of Service by clicking “I Accept” at the bottom left and click Next Step, do the same for the Privacy Policy
  • Verify your personal information is correct on the Basic Info screen
  • Verify the account number you wish to enroll in Bill Pay is accurate and click the Next Step button
  • Click the Get Started button on the Right and you will be directed to the Payment Center
  • Once your enrollment for BillPay is complete within Online Banking, you can utilize this service through the app

PopMoney

PopMoney allows you to send/receive/request money from people using just their cell phone number or email.

  • You must first be signed up for online banking and Bill Pay in order to access PopMoney
  • Go to Online banking and log in using your Username and Password
  • Click the Bill Payment tab at the top of the screen, Click on the PopMoney tab
  • Click Get Started, once your enrollment for PopMoney is complete within Online Banking, you can utilize this service through the app

TransferNow

TransferNow allows you to send/receive money with accounts outside Cincinnati Federal. You must be a signer on sending AND receiving accounts.

  • You must first be signed up for online banking
  • Click Transfer
  • Click Launch External Transfer
  • Click the Add a New Account link
  • Select the account type you would like to add
    • Enter a nickname (optional), Routing Number, Account Number, Click Add
  • Verify the account There are two ways an account can be verified:
    • Real-Time is immediate and requires online banking credentials for the external bank
    • Trial-Deposit takes 2-3 business days. Enter these small $ amounts under Activate Now located on the Manage Accounts page

Transfer Instructions once account has been verified

  • Click Transfer Tab
  • Enter Amount
  • Select the To and From accounts
  • Select a date
  • Select the delivery option
  • Click Continue
  • Review Transfer and Confirm
