Lost and Stolen Debit Card

In the event of a lost or stolen Cincinnati Federal MasterCard® Debit or ATM Card or any unauthorized use, contact us immediately at: (513) 921-1465, (800) 528-2273 or by email at ftpsls@cmcone.com. Cincinnati Federal may charge for replacement cards.

MasterCard® Secure Code

MasterCard® SecureCode is a private code for your Cincinnati Federal MasterCard® Debit Card that gives you an additional layer of online shopping security. Only you know what your code is – retailers aren't able to see it. So you can trust that your transactions get independent approval every time.

There are no coupons to clip or codes to remember in order to redeem these offers, simply use your debit card to make the purchase and you'll realize the savings instantly!

  • Your transaction will be processed for the original amount at the time of purchase, with a separate credit for the savings amount to follow.
